We are very proud that Ana Mardell, MD at Thesis Technology, has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Best Business Women Awards in two categories - Best Customer Service and Made in the UK.
The Best Business Women Awards, established in 2015, are designed to recognise the achievement of women across a wide range of industries. Finalists are shortlisted based on their business acumen, determination, creativity and tenacity.
The award’s Best Customer Service category recognises companies who demonstrate evidence and results of consistently outstanding levels of customer or client service, and those who deliver genuine added value by going that extra mile. We have always put significant weight on customer service, quality of our products and speed of despatch, offering a range of ordering options, same day despatch on nearly all orders, along with bespoke sizing options and no quibble guarantees. We also use an online feedback tool, and have received over 10,000 reviews with an average score of 4.85/5.00 over the last 12 months.
The Made in the UK category celebrates companies who sell products that have been manufactured in the UK. The award champions British products and services with a focus on building an excellent customer base, developing a strong reputation and standing out from competitors. We are extremely proud of our British heritage and our international reputation for delivering high quality, affordable, British-made products, and we are delighted that this has been recognised by the judges as part of the shortlisting process.
Plans for the gala final, usually held in October, have been moved to April 2021, and we look forward to hearing the outcome of the awards then.
