Our first product, the LimbO waterproof cast protector, set a direction for our company which was focussed on improving the quality of life for the user. Subsequent innovations including the Neocape barber’s cape and the CombiPod contrast and compression therapy system, follow this ethos. The concept of innovative solutions that make life easier and more comfortable for users remains the mainstay of everything we do. Whilst we manufacture an increasingly diverse range of products, they all inherit the Thesis values of innovation, quality, trust and honesty.

 

Established 25 years ago, Thesis has continued to grow year on year but retains its original family-oriented feel. Our team members are made to feel part of the company, are invested in its future and as a result we have an above average industry staff retention rate. In 2015 we took a decision to voluntarily pay the Real Living Wage, a commitment to our dedicated team which will continue.
