In 2015, we made the decision to pay the National Living Wage as an ongoing commitment to our dedicated team. In doing so, we reinforced our image as an ethical employer, clearly displayed by our employee retention rate of 92%, and an average service length of 9.8 years.
Our team, now over 35 employees strong, is welcoming and inclusive, and dedicated to meeting customer needs. We offer paid breaks (unusual within manufacturing), and are committed to providing a safe, open environment for employees to speak their mind.
